Our Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund by contacting us within 30 days of receiving your product.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@maleprotocols.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us following the provided instructions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned with all tags and labels attached

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items damaged through customer misuse
  • Items without proof of purchase

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@maleprotocols.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos showing the damage or defect

We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as there may be a processing delay on their end.
  3. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@maleprotocols.com.
